Somehow, a sudden withdrawl just will NOT happen. I've done logistical coordination on a small scale and when you consider the sheer amount of personell and equipment we have, if we just pull out, it'll take at least 2-6 weeks to get our stuff out. Besides, I haven't seen ANY proof that we've borrowed from any other country to fund the war over there. If there is, then show me. What the media and the canidiate also DON'T tell you is that most soldiers want to STAY and get the job done. I have a cousin who is a marine and he wanted to go over so bad that his O.I.C. told him to sit his rear down and wait for deployment with his company. They've also glossed over the fact that we've done so much good. It's just that with the in-fighting, people have forgotten that to end a brawl like that, you cut the heads from the snakes who are stirrin' it up.
Everyone also forgets, Iran and Syria hate our guts, and they have; and we do have evidence that most of the fighters who are attacking, are from those countries instead of Iraqis. A lot of them keep their heads down and live, or try to live normal lives.
